Parses a raw HTTP request using yii\helpers\Json::decode().

To enable parsing for JSON requests you can configure yii\web\Request::$parsers using this class:

'request' => [
    'parsers' => [
        'application/json' => 'yii\web\JsonParser',
    ]
]
